The problem of hooking up a side car to the Suzuki Savage LS650 is the single front down tube (in front of the engine) normally a double tube frame is the preferred.
A light weight hack such as a VELOREX would be my suggestion. They might have some info as how to clamp up to a large single front tube... more than likely you will need a steering damper.
The Savage has plenty of low end torque to pull the extra load.
